Mental Performance Coaching
Mental Performance Coaching provides individuals with tailored programs to improve their mental skills. High performing individuals often need support in developing their skills in areas such as confidence, performing under pressure, coping with high expectations and demands, and overcoming setbacks.
These coaching sessions will often involve 1:1 sessions, training/game/competition observations and consultations, mental performance assessments, and performance reviews/check ins.
I provide ‘homework’ in the form of exercises, training drills, and workbooks. If you are someone that struggles with homework, we will likely need additional sessions to turn exercises into habits and skills that are regularly used.

I am currently in the process of developing mental skills programs that are individualised to sports, skill groups, and events. The aim of these programs is to provide a tailored approach to mental skills training for athletes and coaches suited to their specific needs.
